Our Standard Hourly Rates
This rate applies Monday through Friday 10:00 am until 5:00 pm Eastern time. Any work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate. Any work performed on the Weekends will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
Remote Support the hourly rate for utilizing our Remote Support Service Staff is $90 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments. Our minimum initial billing is $45. Once we work on a job for you if you need a 10 min consultation it is free.
Inhouse Bench Work the hourly rate for utilizing our Inhouse Bench support (fix your computer in house) is $95 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments. Most of our repairs are 1 hour. We charge $45 to take a look but if you do have us do the repair we will credit you for the first 1/2 hour.
On-Site We bring the truck to you at your location. We charge from leaving the office until we finish your job. Our on-site hourly rate is $120 per hour for each technician billed in 20 minute increments. Our minimum billing is $120 to go on-ste.
Emergency rate We drop other jobs for you. Our Emergency hourly rate is $180 per hour for each technician with a minimum of 1 hour on the visit. Our minimum initial billing is $180.
Cabling Jobs Rate $180/hour – two people Our hourly rate is $180 per hour for one technician and a helper with a minimum of 1 hour.
Fiber Repairs We provide Fiber Repair Services at $210 per hour. We will have two people on moist fiber jobs.
Travel Rate
Most of the time we are within minutes of your office. We start billing from when we leave the office until we are done with your job. No return charge. At times we have to charge a travel rate. Our travel rate outside of Key West “33040 Zip Code” is $95 an hour or about $1 for 1/2 mile.
Consultation with Robert Henkel If you would like to request a consult with Robert Henkel “Bob” directly, the hourly rate is $250.00 USD/hour, and he is only available weird hours that his staff are not even aware of.

Warranty – Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.
